The Three Pillars Framework: Body, Money, Discipline
Share
Most self-improvement advice treats fitness, finances, and habits as separate projects. Work on one, then the other, then the third. In practice, they're the same muscle wearing different clothes.
Body is the most honest feedback loop you have — it doesn't negotiate or grade on a curve. What you put in shows up, eventually, without exception.
Money is a daily vote for the person you're becoming or the person you're leaving behind. Every purchase is one or the other.
Discipline is the connective tissue between them. It's not a fourth, separate thing — it's what makes the other two survive past day three, when motivation runs out and the actual habit has to carry you.
Train them in isolation and progress in one area quietly erodes the others. Train them together and each one makes the next easier — the same discipline that gets you to the gym is the discipline that stops the impulse purchase.
RESET 90 is built entirely around this idea: one system, three pillars, ninety days.
